1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't go to your lenders maximum price range. Try to keep it about $20,000 or less.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Watch market conditions----is it a buyers market OR a sellers market? Make repairs and stage the property prior to selling.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types, buyers, sellers, investors, new construction, luxury properties, first timers, empty nesters, 1031 exchange clients, short sale and foreclosure experiene----pretty much everyone!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Searched for over 6 months for the perfect post and beam home---constant multiple offer situation but finally found the perfect home in Epsom--beautiful home and very happy clients!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had been in the packaging industry for over 20 years and just wanted to do something different. Having sales experience already, decided to get my real estate license back in 2004 and went to work with Coldwell Banker immediately and have LOVED every minute!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, Luxury Property Specialist, new construction specialist, SRES (senior real estate specialist--I love working with my elders to help them downsize!) VA knowledgeable, 1031, and 15 years of experience in the industry!
