A step above the rest - I'm not sure words can put together how we feel about our experience with Diane. I have a family full of Realtors and didn't want to mix business with family so I did my research and choose Diane. Truth be told, I am a newbie Realtor (I had called Diane for advice during my first transaction, she was so kind and more than willing to help and I remembered her when the time came to sell our house). Diane went above and beyond what was necessary and we couldn't be more grateful. A few things that stand out, Diane was professional from day one. She kept in contact with us at every turn. We had lots of questions and she was always able to answer them and put our minds at ease. Our moving company canceled in the midnight hour (MA to FL), we had less than 48 hours to wrangle two Penske truck, some people to help us load last minute (our friend dropped everything and spent hours helping us on Father's Day and Diane was amazing enough to find us two college kids to help). I found out that I couldn't tow my vehicle because it was too large and we only had 2 people to drive 3 vehicles, 4 kids and a dog. Diane didn't miss a beat and offered to drive my car to Florida for us. A M A Z I N G! Turns out we didn't have to accept her beautiful offer, we flew a family member up to drive down with us. We are grateful and so thankful to Diane. Amidst Covid-19 and all the challenges that it brings, Diane did an amazing job and we highly recommend her.
