We hit a few speed bumps after the home inspection and Diane and her trusty partner Duane negotiated and comforted the buying agent and the buyers and successfully navigated us to a smooth closing. Throughout the process, Diane was always an email or a phone call away and was happy to answer any question we had. (She even provided guidance on the home we were looking to buy in Florida!)
