I am certain there is no better realtor in TN and GA than Diane Burke. My husband and I were searching for a high end home for retirement, and met Diane when another realtor stood us up. Diane is the best. She sold our house in GA when it was hard to sell a house in GA, and found us a house to buy in TN when inventory was low. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell a house. If there was ever any kind of issue, she was on it, and got it resolved, it didn't matter if it was late at night, she was still very responsive, and if I ever had to leave her a message, it was because she was with clients, and would ALWAYS return my calls. You won't go wrong with Diane.

We used Diane to list our property. She did her obligation of photos and listed it in the appropriate places. However, for an Agent Open House, she lied and told us several agents attended with potential buyers. In reality, zero agents attended. The same thing happened with a Public Open House. Her feedback was that people came and loved the house - to the point of telling us they were timing it to their work. Again, no one came to the Open House. In the months that she had the house listed, it didn't have a single showing. There were more lies. It was such a waste of time for us. We confronted her about the lies and she offered no apology or reason. We listed with another agent. Our house showed immediately and was under contract in just a few weeks.
