Get pre-approved immediately!! Tour as many homes as possible and drive through as many neighborhoods as possible tp see what feels "like home" to you. IF you are not here in the area I will send you videos of homes and neighborhoods. Don't rely of Zillow for the true status of a home---you need to be set up on local MLS searches. Don't believe Zillow Zestimates---they are so very often not accurate. Currently---August/2020--- the market is EXTREMELY busy and inventory is very, very low. Put your BEST offer forward the FIRST time if you really love the house to avoid getting beat out. Multiple offers in certain price points are common.

Condition and accurate pricing is key!! Your home needs to sparkle inside and out!! I offer free pre-listing home inspections and appraisals in order to be pro-active when listing a home to ensure it will sell. You don't want surprises down the road. Decluttering is also extremely important---you want buyers to be able to see the "bones of your home" and not your stuff!! I stage all of my listings whether they are occupied or vacant because the professional photographs I have taken are what the world of buyers out there sees first!! I have a HUGE inventory of brand new towels, comforters, throw pillows, lamps, mirrors, pictures, decorative accessories of all styles and color schemes and will use these to compliment your furnished home if necessary or to "warm up" your vacant home. I want the photographs to POP!!!!

I moved to the Hampton Roads area in 1994. To learn the area I drove the neighborhoods before enlisting a Realtor for help purchasing a home. The Realtor I used quickly saw my enthusiasm, organizational skills and creative talents and asked if I had any interest in selling real estate. I immediately took the courses and got my license within a very short time. I started working in various new home communities all over Hampton Roads with different builders and LOVED it!! I have been extremely blessed to be so successful each and every year in a career I adore!!
