1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

My advice would be this is one of the most important purchases you will make. Look at as many homes as needed, have home & pest inspections done & remember some things are easily changed about a house, such as paint, flooring but you can’t change the location. Make sure location is good with you.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

I would suggest doing some minor updates before placing on market if they are needed, such as paint, new front door, shampoo carpet, declutter (if necessary rent storage unit) landscaping. You need curb appeal if you can’t get them through the front door you won’t sell your home.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Relocation clients, clients downsizing, estate homes, business owners & first time home buyers

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I had been working with these clients since before my grandson started college. He graduated & had been out of college for a year & I was still working with my clients. We finally found the perfect house for them. The day we first looked at the house my clients wanted to take sign out of yard. We did put offer in & closed on it. They are loving the house!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have worked in sales for over 20 years in an in-home business selling items for the home. I’ve always wanted to sell houses so I took the next step at 57 & took my classes.
