ZillowVERIFIEDDiana knows the Sherman Oaks area well. She understood that I am an experienced buyer for single-family homes, but that this was my first condominium purchase. So Diana was able to advise me when I needed it, but also listen to my preferences as a buyer when I was specific. We looked at a few different properties and she was able to point out various facts of each. Also I really liked the customer portal that Diana set up, so that I could get quick notification of newly listed properties that fit my criteria. I preferred to deal with a major national bank for my mortgage, and Diana learned along the way that the bank has specific processes that are different from smaller mortgage lenders. She adapted and was able to explain to me why the bank's processes were making the sellers anxious. In retrospect, the only thing that I would have done differently was sign a contingency with the sellers that the mortgage commitment (not mortgage approval) would be done with a quick turnaround. I enjoyed working with Diana. She is very thorough and ALWAYS follows up in a timely manner.
