Diana hands down is your person to go to for buying a home. My husband and I were on an extremely tight schedule and needed to find something ASAP. In Huntsville's seller's market, we didn't want to ger our hopes up of finding our home on time. We had an initial consultation with her where we explained our extremely difficult situation. She seemed caring and knowledgeable. Although she didn't make any promises, we walked away feeling like we were understood and we had someone looking out for our best interest. We were right, throughout the whole process she worked on meeting our unique needs and communication was oustanding. She's very skilled and knows Huntsville, which led us to get a house before it even went on the market. We were under contract within a week, and we couldn't believe it!!! If you're a buyer whose looking for an experienced agent that's going to work some magic to get you into your home, she's your realtor. Not only does she have great skills and knows what shes doing, but she also comes off as geninuenly caring person. We were first time home-buyers and had lots and lots of questions. She answered all the questions we had at each step of the way, which made my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. When we decided we were moving to Huntsville, we were excited to finally be on our way to buying our first house, but at the same time, overwhelmed with the process ahead. We asked for realtor recommendations in a group, and chose Diana, and I am so glad that we did! Since our first meeting with her, our mind was put at ease. We had so many questions, and she always answered them or found a way to get the answers. She took her time getting to know our likes and dislikes with every house we visited. When we put an offer on a house and someone elses offer was accepted, she motivated us to keep looking until we found The House, and to not let that put us down. When we finally found the house that we really wanted, she helped us make a strong offer, and later add to it to have them accept our offer, and it worked! Diana is the first person we met in Huntsville, and I would add, the first friend we made in the area. Even my kids love her and ask about her from time to time. House hunting was fun with her.
