Diana does a great job, she has excellent knowledge of the market and knows exactly what homes a worth and what is a good offer. But most of all, she was so helpful through out the entire process, especially the closing process. She lined up all the inspections and has many excellent people to do the inspections and needed repairs, not sure what I would have done without her. I listed my home with Diana and it sold that day. Diana recommended a reasonable price. She helped me stage the house which really meant de-cluttering a bit. When it sold that day (full price offer), I had to move from a 5-bedroom home to a 1,300 sf rental within 30 days. Diana was able to find a wonderful woman, Kellie Devine, to help me pack-Kellie did 90% of the packing and I basically said "okay." Kellie hooked me up with a gal who accepts donations, came to my house, picked up everything I wanted to donate and will repurpose it all to those who are just starting out again. Diana's connections and professionalism made packing, moving, finding a rental....easy while my future home is built.
