4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A young family of 3 were looking for their 1st home. We viewed property, found a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. I wrote a strategic offer. We were accepted on New Year's Eve- the same day they found out they were expecting a blessed event. :). They moved in 30 days later.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I liked investing in property and talking to others about investments. I decided to earn a license and do what I love for a living.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have earned a Marketing/Public Relations Degree from San Francisco State University. I can not only help buyers write a creative offer, but I also have out of the box ideas for Marketing a home to sell quickly!
