This was an awesome experience. Where other realtors will not show you houses without a pre-approval, Katie did. She worked with us for over 6 months until I got my approval and it was actually her that referred me to one of the mortgage brokers that she works with, that got me approved. I was worried that I wouldnt get approved but Katie assured me that everything was on the right track with the broker and even had the broker call me to assure me. If not for her patience, empathy, and referral I would not be in my dream home right now.
