Diana Falter

Diana is the most sensitive and honestly the most understanding and caring person.She is the most patient person who really listens to your concerns or takes the time to answer your questions ( sometimes over and over again) I feel as though she became a good friend as well as our realtor . I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home !

If you are a first time home buyer like I am, Diana is just the right person you would want to get through with this wild ride (esp. Southern CA)! Me and my bf have been actively looking at open houses at Orange County for at least a good year but truth to be told, no one will take you seriously unless you work with an agent. Until Diana showed up, she organized listing houses every weekend for us sometimes twice a week, and she always have listings that are just way better than those crowded open houses people normally go for! She has been knocking doors for us asking to see the houses at 9:30pm and meet us at early mornings and at nights just to accommodate both of our schedules (plus waiting for our crazy traffic driving out of LA into Orange County). Best of all, Diana is not just a very patient and informative realtor, but she's also not a pushy saleswoman that you might feel for many of the realtors out there. She really customizes listings according to what your preferences would be and gives out good suggestions and tips for getting loans/selecting a house. After about 2 months (including escrow period) me and my bf can finally say we are proud house owners of Lake Forest!! And we can get our dream house is all because of Diana worked tirelessly for us and we cannot be more gracious for that!

Diana did a wonderful job helping with the sale of our home. She is very knowledgeable, easy to contact with any concerns. She works very hard to get the best price for your home and keeps you informed with the process. I will highly recommend to anyone considering to use her for buying or selling a home.

Diana was awesome. Her attention to details is second to none. She was always available to take a call and coved all of south Orange County for us. She was particularly familiar with, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Mission Viejo. I would recommend her to friends and relatives without a second thought.

Diana has handled our real estate transactions with patience and zeal. Her advice and help in landing us our first apartment has been extraordinary.
