About Diana Dominguez

She graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University. She has been a proud military spouse for the past 14 years and specializes in military relocation. As she likes to say, "Business is always personal," and she loves to serve our hometown heroes. Since her start in real estate she has always taken each transaction personally, she constantly works tirelessly for her clients. Her drive and relentless dedication have made her a true standout in the real estate scene. Consistently being a Million Dollar-plus producer each year, Diana's numerous awards include being a Diamond-Level producer and the 2015 Agent of the Year for Aspire Realty. However, the only award she seeks is a happy and satisfied client. She understands and sympathizes with the every day struggles that come with the military life. She has been working on a project called ONE THIRTY, this project is a web series designed with the idea of closing the gap between our military folks and the local community. Many times folks PCS to a new place which they know nothing about. The project is to create awareness and excitement about your new duty station! Helping people has always been Diana's passion. Very detailed, knowledgeable, and patient! She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. I was only available for a few days to drive in from out of state to look at homes. She had 20 ready to go for us to look at! We looked at 19 in one day! The next day we went back at looked at the 4 I loved most out of the 19. She took her time. She answered every single question. She was so patient. Even when we had an offer fall through (inspection issues) and I was frantic, she kept us on track. Ended up with a better home then the original one I put an offer on! It was one she suggested during my trip that shrugged off, and in the end ended up being just what we needed. Land, Cabot schools, in our price range, and extra space for my husbands work out equipment. Her thinking outside of the box helped us find what we needed!

I have worked with many realtors and Diana, by far, surpasses them all. I was out of the country when we were looking for houses and she was honest, thorough and went above and beyond her job duties to find us the right house for the right price. Without a doubt we will use Diana again in the future. My only complaint is that we cant take her with us every time we move!
