I contacted Diana for help with finding a rental apartment at first. Through many discussions and financial reviews we did together, she helped me realize I was better off focusing on buying a property that met my needs. The number of properties she gave me to consider and that we eventually saw was stunning and her diligence in getting viewings arranged was outstanding. Once we settled on a property, she was tenacious in presenting the offer and maintaining the expectations I set for negotiations. When the first one fell through due to unreasonable games the sellers played (one of my requirements was not entertaining any bidding wars), we landed on a property that met all my needs and requirements. She pushed for the fastest closing I've experienced even with much incompetence and difficulty from my own attorney's title company. She fought for me through it all no matter the party in question and was the most communicative person during the deal (even including my own lawyer). I have full confidence in Diana as my agent and will undoubtedly work with her for my next purchase. My chosen lawyer and title company, not so much... but that wasn't on her since she had contacts (which were highly rated online in my own research) ready to go in those areas that I declined in favor of who I used for a previous purchase 10 years prior.
