Okay first, just a little background. My dad is a contractor and he dealt with dozens of realtors over the years, and I was frequently privy to those interactions. We also moved nearly every two years, and dealt with realtors each time. Now that you know where I'm coming from, on to the review.Diana is the BEST realtor I have ever seen or dealt with. She almost always answered within minutes of my sending her a text, with the only reason she didn't being that I messaged her at 1 AM. But she responded first thing in the morning so that I had the answer as soon as I woke up. We told her the kind of property we were looking for and she pointed us in the direction of several properties that matched our requirements. And the only reasons we didn't go with those properties had nothing to do with her or her suggestions. As we were looking at the different properties, she was always willing to call the seller's realtor right that moment in order to get us the information we needed while we were either at the property or looking for it. When she couldn't get in touch with one of the other realtors, she spent two weeks trying to get ahold of them so we could get them to unlock the gate that led to the property. She sent us daily updates, even though the guy never got back to her and we ended up being unable to go and see the property.We had a really difficult month on a personal level and avoided contact with her for five, nearly six weeks. (We did this to a lot of people that month.) When my husband was browsing some local listings and found a property we were really interested in, I messaged her about it, wanting to go see it. Within TWO MINUTES she had messaged me back, despite it being after 9 PM, had the MLS information pulled up, and asked when we would be free that week to go and see it. TWO. MINUTES. I have never seen a realtor be this fast, this dependable, and this straight up amazing at their job. Truly. I have been blown away by not only her speed and efficiency, but by her professional, yet personable demeanor. We are still looking for the dream property/house, but we have an appointment to look at one we are really excited about later this week. I am so grateful to her for helping us as we travel this road.10/5 stars. As long as I live in or around Nashville, Diana Brooks is the ONLY realtor I will ever use. And I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell in Nashville as well. If you are looking for a realtor, or your current one is not being as helpful as you'd like, Diana is the very best there is. I promise you won't regret going with her and letting her help you find exactly what you are looking for.
