To tell you a little about myself, I was born and raised in Putnam County, Florida and currently reside in Jacksonville. Before my career in real estate, I worked seven years in law enforcement and two years in secondary education. I graduated with my Bachelors in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in May of 2016. In my spare time I enjoy the simple things in life; outdoors, being on the water, cook-outs and football games. I have a very strong passion and drive in helping others. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buying a home can be the most stressful, yet most satisfying thing you do in your life. It is one of the biggest purchases majority of individuals will do in their life time. The advice i would give any buyer attempting to purchase a home is to find a real estate agent that they can trust, relate to and one that will work to find a place that aligns with their individual wants and needs in a home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The advice that I would give anyone trying to sell their home is that you don't want to just "list your home" with an agent. You want to find an agent that will MARKET it in a way that fits for you and your property. Marketing and resources are major components in today's real estate market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers and Investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction I am fond of is my listing at 1217 Homard Blvd E. Through my hard work and dedication, I was able to get my buyer multiple offers within the first 24hrs of it being listed.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
As you can see based on my work experience and hobbies, I enjoy positions in which I am able to assist individuals in some way, shape or form. I found my way into the real estate profession when a friend, who is a Real Estate Broker, observed those same qualities in me and introduced me into the real estate profession.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
- Seven years of trusted experience in the public service industry.
