The real estate market here in Seattle is uniquely competitive which can leave many people feeling overwhelmed with the process, let alone whether or not they can even buy a home. My job is to explain and guide you through the entire real estate process, from the initial meeting through the closing. I will be available day in and out to answer any questions you may have and address any concerns. My goal is that you feel you have my undivided attention during this process. I've spent my entire life in Seattle- born and raised in the Greenlake area- and I currently reside in Shoreline, after recently relocating from Lake Forest Park. On the side, my husband and I rehab and manage our rental properties. This side hobby has given me a unique perspective on handling renovations, local rents, and the potential appreciation of properties.
