Do not hesitiate to use Devon as your realtor! We live in Florida and used Devon to sell our second property in Seattle. She went above and beyond to ensure we did not have to make a trip to Seattle to do this. For instance, she took an inventory of our furnishings to negotiate a sale with the buyer. She even offered to try to sell them on our behalf if necessary! When our listing went "live" she went us a daily email with a summary of the activity on the listing. After the sale, she and her assistant packed up our personal belongings and shipped them to us in Florida. They cleaned out the items that we didn't need and carried them from the third floor to be disposed of or donated. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and because of Devon, this was the easiest sale we've had. Don't think twice, use Devon for your real estate needs!

In this beyond insane Seattle real estate market, we searched for a house for one month, made one offer and - we were able to get a house! There were many factors that were part of why we were so lucky and a significant one was Devon's advice and experience.She would, with her own deep knowledge in selling/buying/renovating property, give us excellent advice throughout our house search without. I especially appreciated her ability to estimate and assess renovations done on a house (there are so many house flips of varying quality on the market) and she was even able to warn us away from a sketchy house. It also came in super useful when she would give us very specific information about materials and the costs of renovations.Devon has an indomitable enthusiasm and I really can't believe how much time she was able to spend with us searching for houses. We. Love. Devon. Devon is SO good at her job that within 7 days of initially meeting with her we'd seen 3 properties, made 1 offer, and had it accepted that evening.
