Contacted Ms. Schloss about a home she had listed. Not only did she arrange to show us the house, she came up with a list of houses that met our criteria within hours. When we decided on one, she got an accepted offer promptly. She arranged for all the inspections and was at the house during inspections because we were not able to. One problem came up during inspection and Ms. Schloss was able to get the seller to fix it. We already had our current home under contract and she understood the urgency we had to find another home. She arranged to get the closing on the same day as our old home so were only aEURoehomelessaEUR? for a couple hours. I can honestly say that we could have not wished for anything more from an agent.
