About Desiree Bilich

The DB Team is a real estate team founded on care, professionalism and expertise. Real estate is a complicated process involving important assets with many moving parts. Our goal is to guide our clients through the steps that are best for them, providing solutions with care, professionalism and expertise. Desiree Bilich came into the Real Estate industry in 2002 after a 23 year career in the financial industry as a financial advisor. Having been a real estate investor herself for most of her adult life, getting into the business professionally is a dream come true. She started her career with Keller Williams in Walnut Creek where she has proudly grown her business and team ever since. Under her ownership she has a great Director of Operations to oversee the day to day business, a marketing & client care coordinator, transaction coordinator, field coordinator and three highly experienced buyers agents. She is a native Californian and has been in the Bay Area since 1991. Desiree has raised two wonderful kids here, a son, Jordan and daughter, Ashlynn. She enjoys her family pets, Tater Tot, a funny mixed rescue terrier and her cat, Kia. Outside of her first love of spending time with family, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, exercising and is on a lifelong path of learning and growing both professionally and personally.

Kasia is flat out amazing! She was extremely hard working and knowledgeable. Jumped right to in order to help our military family from the other side of the continent and made us feel like we were right there seeing each home with her in person. she helped us navigate the most difficult buyers market in the nation. Not only did she find options that were within our limited price range due to our military benefits being too low for the area we were being assigned to. She even managed to find homes to help our niche needs with my two police K-9s and in the right areas close to the base we were assigned to. She even found better mortage options than than anything I could find on the market! Saving us thousands in extra fees and still worked with our VA loan! She stayed in constant contact and walked us through homes via video calls and always knew where to look for us. If she is on your team, you can kiss a lot of the home hunting stress goodbye. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
