Due to market conditions, we were expecting our older home to take at least a couple of months to sell. However, Because Keelie priced the home at the right level and because of her excellent marketing skills, we had an acceptable offer in only 15 days. She also did a great job guiding us through the entire sales process, such that we had only a couple of minor hickups in the the closing process, and the only reason we had these was due to winter weather making it difficult to complete repairs and inspections requested by the buyers. Needless to day, we were very pleased with Keelie throught the process!
