3) What types of clients have you worked with?

My main clientele are investors who are seeking multi-family commercial investment properties, but I am happy to serve any and all clients!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

On 10/3/23, I closed as dual agent on a 4-plex, multi-family commercial investment property after putting the original offer in on 9/15/23. It was a fun, fast, and beneficial transaction that left all parties pleased! Additionally, Savior Property Management is now managing the investment for the pleased buyer.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I attended Nicholls State University and graduated in 2022 with a bachelor's in science in Business. During my time at Nicholls, I developed a love for sales, and even competed in national sales competitions against other schools. Real Estate was the next step for me, as I wanted to apply what I learned during my time at Nicholls to help clients find their perfect home or get the best price for their investment!
