Before I started the home buying process, I assumed realtors were pretty much interchangeable and mostly just facilitate a sale. After the process, I cannot imagine ever closing the house I bought with anyone else. My situation was complicated as the sale required coordination with the City of St. Petersburg's Down Payment Assistance Program and the Veterans Administration all while in the early stages of the COVID19 pandemic. To get over these hurdles, Amanda assembled an awesome team that kept me well informed at every turn.
