About Derrick Roser

Derrick is a lifelong Oregonian, with deep family roots and involvement throughout Lane County, and beyond. He is passionate about service, and being a good steward of Oregon's natural resources. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Derrick spent the next 30 years involved in project management, contract negotiation, property construction and restoration, general contracting, and more- providing him a unique backbone of experience from which he was able to achieve his own real estate goals; flipping and rehabbing properties. His clients benefit from his high-level communication, calm demeanor, and visionary approach to properties. He doesn't just see through one lens, but multiple, to help you realize the potential and the practical in's and out's of any property, to make the most of your sale, purchase or investment. Derrick was helpful from the beginning to end of the sale. We had a tough one too. Lots of little issues, not with him, just the wild and crazy market in Oregon. He was attentive and always found ways to calm our nerves and explain the process. Even when it was all sold and we were ready to go he brought a trailer over for us to put any last minute junk in. We thought we'd never used it and ended up filling it to the brim and then some. Oh, and he took it to the dump and paid....who does that? We highly recommend Derrick and he's an all around good guy.
