We chose Derek because he sold 178 houses the year before. He is a great salesman. not so much a communicator and if he represents both be prepared that he will favor the buyer rather than the seller. His office staff is not in the same city and everything must be done online so communication sometimes is not as good as it could be. We would definitely use him again, but with a caveat. Make sure everything is spelled out clearly in writing. He is good at selling houses. . He does a great job of listing. His photographer is phenomenal and they advertising the listing very well.
