ZillowVERIFIEDIve had the pleasure working with Jessica, Derinda and Tina and I have to say this is the best experience Ive ever had in real estate transaction and any other purchases. She was knowledgeable about the local market , (even if she didnt fully understand the issue she took the time to research it and get back to me with a thoughtful answer). In addition, she was thorough in her process. For example I'm very detailed oriented and I usually have a million questions, she took my questions, went to the sellers agent, and usually she would come up with additional questions that I didnt think about. This is a competitive market, we put in dozens of offer and got rejected constantly and she was always helpful and consistent to try again time after time so I didnt feel frustrated throughout the process. After she went on maternity leave, she handed the keys over to Derinda and Tina and they are equally as great! After the property went into escrow, they consistently checked with the seller, title company and lender to make sure everything goes smoothly, and check on the property from time to time all the way until the last day to make sure everythings in good place. I live in California and I bought a condo in Hawaii so everything was done virtually. I was informed every step of the way. At the end, Tina mailed me the keys and wrote aEURoecolor samplesaEUR? on the envelope so people dont open the mail to check whats inside the envelope. It was a seamless transition from the realtor to the property manager. I liked their vacation property rental manager but I chose to go with my own manager , and Jessica and her team did not try to push me to work with their own in house property manager. Usually I dont write reviews good or bad, I just dont have enough time but Im making an exception this time. Highly recommended

ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Derinda Thatcher was above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Her recommended asking price was $25,000 more than what we would have put the condo up for. Realtors came and looked and a consistent comment was that it was priced too high. It ended up selling for 50k higher than listing price. Derinda fielded every obstacle with complete professionalism. She is a problem solver. I didn't have the STR certificate. Not a problem, Derinda got it.All in all she made the sale seamless. I have and would not hesitate her in the future.
