Derek is a great realtor! He helped us buy our first house 2 years ago and sell out first home this week. He is very organized and will guide you through step by step in each process. He is very efficient and a great communicator. He tells you exactly how the market is and what you need to do to either buy or sell a home. We met Derek while he was working with friends of ours on the purchase of their home. From the beginning, he listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the process. Our process began with looking at existing homes. He promptly met us at each appointment and was full of insight regarding each property. He followed up after each visit to get our feedback. He was professional and respected our thoughts of the homes we visited and never pushed us to buy if it wasn't a right fit. We finally decided on new construction and Derek was there each step of the way from pre-construction, site walks and closing.
