He worked with us on our schedule to show us houses, and helped in pointing things out at each one we looked at. Dutiful, thorough, tireless, listens to your needs: I met Derek originally when I viewed a home he had listed for a lady. I found him to be engaging and helpful but not "in your face". He left the complete details of the home for me. While other realtors kept texting and emailing me constantly despite my asking they leave me alone, Derek wished me a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. That's all. The realtor I had been using simply unlocked doors for me and sent me a daily "canned" email with listings that I wasn't interested in. When that realtor couldn't open the door to a home when I needed to, I reached out to Derek and he immediately took me where I needed to go and set me up with homes that I actually liked.
