Derek was all around excellent to work with. He was very attentive and knowledgeable, which was especially helpful for us as first time home buyers. Derek was always quick to answer questions, big and small; we learned so much so quickly that the whole process felt more manageable and less overwhelming. Because Derek helped to relieve those extra nerves, we felt much more confident when making offers and then moving throughout the buying process. When it came to making offers and scheduling visits, Derek was always quick to act. He really cared to help us find the right home; every day he went above and beyond. He has so much knowledge on homes and could quickly spot flaws we would not have found ourselves. Derek would always help us keep the right perspective and tell it like it is, (versus saying what we want to hear). Home buying is an emotional process, so we really appreciate his honesty. We certainly do not plan to move from our beautiful home anytime soon, but when our family grows and we need more space, Derek will be our first call.
