ZillowVERIFIEDDerek has good responsiveness when contacted. Easy to reach by phone or email. He is a little lacking in the process but I am sure he will improve this over time. He has good local knowledge where he help me look at houses. He lack of expertise in process some what makes it difficult to work with 1st time buyers unless they have another person to help them out. I will give his negotiation skill 2 stars because he was pretty much not much help on this area. Other than that he is nice and easy to communicate with. I will do business with him again and by then I am sure he will develop more experience.
