I contacted Derek on a recommendation from a friend. Derek informed me that my type of property was not moving at this time. He would be happy to list it if I wanted too, but as I was not in a hurry, that I should wait a little while. He seemed very knowledgeable, confident, and since he was recommended to me, I decided to take his advice.
