Posted a question to Zillow and Dennis responded with an answer very quickly. From there Dennis turned out to be extremely helpful in providing local knowledge and ultimately negotiating a very good price on the property we asked about. He always responded quickly to questions and was very quick to volunteer services that in my opinion were outside what you would normally expect from an agent. We hadn't bought a property in almost 20 years, but Dennis didn't mind answering a lot of questions that were probably pretty silly and providing really good guidance on what to expect. He was trustworthy and honest and was able to offer good advice when dealing with the issues that go along with a house purchase. We were living a long way from the house, but Dennis was able to do things on our behalf and made it possible to buy the property without having to travel more than once. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was normal and made the house purchase as stress free as possible. Can't recommend any more highly.
