You can call him any time and he always answers the phone or at least immediately text you back to address your needs. He has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry and he can also advise with financing the house. He knows and sees both side of the business not just houses but also how to get best financing for the client. He is a good negotiator and always puts of his clients interests first. This is a second property that I bought with him in the past year.I chose Dennis for this last transaction because I knew it s not going to be easy to get approved for the loan, given that I just bought a property less than a year ago. I knew that no matter what, Dennis is going to make it work. I know that Dennis does not loose the sale or the purchase of the house and he will do whatever it takes to close it. Not only was he able to get a great price reduction from the listing (in sellers market) but he also requested and got a significant amount of credits towards my closing costs and found financing for me at the lowest rate. In addition, he helped me with the legal services and introduced me to a very detailed inspection specialist. It wasnt an easy closing but with his patience, proper timely advice and guidance - it felt relatively smooth. His knowledge of the area is vast. He is energetic and centered and he doesn t loose his cool no matter what, and always comes up with solutions. I would like to thank his staff - Karla and Bridget for their knowledge, professionalism and being always available for me when I had questions.I highly recommend his services and his team.
