Dennis Cloutier

After growing up in the Midcoast region of Maine, Dennis served in the United States Coast Guard before heading off to college. Upon graduating from Boston University, Dennis spent over 20 years working as Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified Architectural Designer, and General Contractor, building breathtaking homes all over New England. Dennis currently resides in Rockland, Maine, where he bases his real estate business. In his free time, you can find Dennis on his family horse farm in the town of Union, near the heart of the Midcoast, working with and riding horses as he has since childhood. After years of serving his country in the Coast Guard, Dennis has now made a name for himself serving Maine families as they navigate the real estate market. As evidenced by his years of military service and his PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification, Dennis is on time and on point at every turn.
