About Dennis Carr

The most important consideration for Dennis when working with his clients is to listen carefully to their objectives, motivation, and goals. He understands the enormity involved when making a decision to buy or sell a home and is charged to make the experience as seamless as possible while achieving excellent results for his clients. He works valley wide to help people create successful outcomes concerning their real estate needs. A 3rd generation Realtor, he has fond memories of listening to his father and grandfather talk about real estate, and often tagged along during property showings. Before ultimately moving to Arizona, Dennis started his real estate career in California. His experience includes single family, investment, probate, divorce, short sales, and distressed properties. Dennis has lived and traveled abroad. Prior to moving to Arizona, he spent six years in Mexico and worked at a luxury real estate project there. Besides Mexico, he has traveled/lived in Scotland, Great Britain, Africa, the Greek Isles, France, Holland, Norway, and several countries in Africa. In June of 2015, Dennis decided to make Arizona home. He loves the sunshine and dry climate the Phoenix Metro Valley offers. He now resides in Scottsdale. I interviewed several realtors that friends and family members had recommended to represent me in the sale of my home. All had decades of experience and top notch reputations. None, however, made me feel as at ease or as comfortable as Dennis Carr did. We spoke for a short while about my home, about Dennis, and about how he would suggest we go about selling my home. It wasn't long before I knew Dennis was the right fit for me personality-wise. Turns out, I made the right decision. I knew that my home probably wasn't in the same league as the high-end homes Dennis sold in the past but that didn't matter to him. He jumped into action immediately, not telling ME what I needed to do to get my home "sale ready," but what HE AND I needed to do. He understood the position I was in and from day 1, we were a team. Long story short, we got the house ready to go on the market, Dennis put it out there as COMING SOON, and after one showing, an offer was extended, my home went under contract, and it is expected to close within 30 days. Dennis is AMAZING!
