1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Make certain you are comfortable with both your agent and lender...you need to trust that the answers/info you are getting ate

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Ensure it is "market ready" on day 1....there are no second chances in this market and buyers are demanding "move in ready" condition more and more.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

1st time buyers & sellers, builders, developers, investors, experienced buyers and sellers, land buyers, commercial buyers and sellers.....you name it, and I have probably done it...

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I helped a couple from Las Vegas purchase a parcel of land for a future build...We won a competitive bid and they are/were VERY excited about moving up to the Pacific NW. It was so much fun to help them move forward on their dreams.
