Dennnilu was everything we could have hoped for in a knowlegeable and helpful Real Estate Professional. I have worked with several others in the past who mostly just opened the door and were eager/hopeful to get the sale. Dennilu was EXTREMELY thorough at each property we looked at checking many of the things that most would probably overlook during a first look at a property. She checked things like foundations to see if there was any cracking, she looked at the way decks were built to see if they appeared to be up to code, she knew how a lot of the aspects of the house were actually built to provide the most comprehensive analysis of the property before landing on any offer numbers. She crunched the numbers based on the previous sale price of them, calculated previous interest payments, closing, etc... of the seller to help us land on truly reasonable and fair valuations to make the best offers possible. In addition to all of the above during the process of looking at properties, she NEVER stopped sending new listings and options. Once we found our home and decided to make an offer, Dennilu was extremely fast to get the offer together and was very communicative with us on the process. Throughout the negotiation, she made recomendations on where to push, not to back down, and fought on our behalf to make sure we got a fair deal. We knew there were things the house would need fixed in the short and long term, and Dennilu made sure that everything was clearly documented and communicated across all parties. Truly phenomenal. I am admittedly not a very patient person and when I like something, I jump head first into it. Dennilu really helped me slow down a little bit and I can confidently say helped us save a lot of money by advising on very smart decisions. I do believe that without her, we either would have rushed into a different property, or overpaid for the one we ended up with. As an added bonus, she was FANTASTIC with our two little girls (3 &5) and even went so far as to entertain them during the bank closing. To cape it off, she left us with a really really thoughtful housewarming gift with some skiing books for the kids, cozy items to sit at the fireplace, and other things that she paid attention to our likes and tastes. I cannot recommend her any more, seriously, you will NOT be dissapointed with the buying process if you work with Dennilu!
