Denise Stout

Denise began her real estate career in Lubbock in 1996. She quickly fell in love with the challenges and rewards of helping her customers buy and sell their homes. One of her favorite things to see is the look on the face of buyers when they walk into the home that is "the one". Denise is energetic and detail oriented which makes for a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers. Denise is married to Ken Stout who is employed by Covenant Health System and they have two beautiful daughters, Paige and Haley. She is an active member of Southcrest Baptist Church and enjoys volunteering in many things there, including the childrens AWANA program. She also serves as co-chair of the Act Now Lubbock volunteer placement ministry. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, working in her flower garden, travelling, baking, camping & hiking, and of course, shopping!
