I has resided in Wellsburg for 30 years, which provides working knowledge of the local market. Whether you are looking to sell your home or buy a new home, our present market has a shortage of homes for sale. What does this mean to you? 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Check with your financial institution to see where your price point is before looking for a home. Also sit down with a licensed agent to go through the buying process before looking.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Curb appeal is always something to look at. If you know something in the house isn't working properly get it fixed as this will help with the inspection process. Give the home a facelift with fresh paint. This all adds value to the home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Someone who wants to make a house their home.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Helping a buyer find their home where they were transferred to for work. Transaction went very smooth due to the knowledge of the other realtor and the buyer knowing what they were wanting to look for and their price point.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I've worked with insurance for 30+ years and have always had an interest in Real Estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, we have a code of ethics to abide by and we have to have 36 hours of training in 3 year period. This keeps us up to date with the trends and the market.
