Selling a home which we inherited with many maintenance issues from 600 miles away requires a realtor that can step up to mitigate all the distance issues. If you are looking for someone that actually cares for your well being, and will literally be there every step of the way; then I "HIGHLY" recommend Denise Munoz! My wife, and I were first time home buyers, going into this process almost blind. You won't know all the ins and outs until you actually jump into the whole process. We did our fair share of studying up on everything, yet still fell short of knowing everything. Denise made everything so outstandingly smooth for us. She was always on top of her game; always having us as her priority. There were nights I couldn't sleep because of the anxiety of the banks/sellers/escrow all working through the process, and at anytime anyone of these three parties could easily mess up on their end, prolonging the buy. Denise always kept us update with every detail at where the process was currently at. But one thing that you must also consider is that the relationship momentum between a buyer and the realtor is solely based off the buyers sense of urgency for any matter that comes up.
