I was torn choosing between 3 really nice and knowledgeable realtors in the beginning. I chose Denise because she seemed really interested in understanding my unusually complex situation, more like a friend than someone I'd just met. And I was impressed by her being a top producer in the county. I knew what a huge amount of work it was for her to have sold 16 homes in the previous year, so I knew she was a hard worker. We contracted right before covid which then changed my moving plans. So I was on again, off again several times over a couple of years. She stuck with me through it all. She insisted I'd do best if my home was vacant. So I needed a hard money loan to buy a new home before I sold. This opened a whole new can of worms and stress. Including that we were listing coming into the slow season. Denise offered comfort and wise advice through it all. I was most resistant to hiring a very expensive stager but I kept falling back on Denise's experience and it was the best thing! I know it was that which made us get 3 offers all way above asking price. Plus 3 more that were serious but we were already pending or they fell through. I'm so grateful I chose Denise. We are very happy with our home!Denise was always very professional and approachable. When we were looking for our home we were very specific about several things we wanted in our new home and had high expectations. Denise always tried to shows homes that matched what we were looking for such as staying within our daughters current school district. As soon as something came up on the market she would let us know and set up a time for us to see the home. She always kept us updated with any information or changes. She is very knowledgeable and was very supportive throughout the entire process of the purchase of our home. At times things got a little stressful and she so was patient and calm. Denise greatly exceeded our expectations! When we decided to sell our house, we called Denise. She met us on site, walked the property and got back to us with a great plan to market the property. She assembled a fantastic team of people such as the home and termite inspector, septic inspector, painter, carpet sub, house cleaner, window cleaner, stager, and photographer. Everything she recommended doing was well worth it. We had no idea how many people were involved. She went out and bought several items like towel bars, and fabric for curtains, a mirror, etc. We reimbursed her for the materials but she sewed the curtains and hung them, installed the mirror, brought over some staging, lined the sink cabinet bases with contact paper, and even applied a furniture product to some of the natural wood surfaces to bring them back to life. Plus, she supervised the carpet subcontractor, painter, cleaners, landscaper, etc. all while we were out of town for three weeks. When we came back the house was ready for photos. Her photographer was excellent as you can tell from the photos and video if you are able to view them. We had a solar lease on the property which Denise dealt with. Dealing with them was no easy feat, but she got the paperwork done with no delays, just lots of phone calls. She picked the exact right time, to put the house on the market. It went on, on a Tuesday and was in escrow the following Thursday for more than $200,000 over asking. Nine day close. Once the house was ready to go everything was completed within three weeks without any hassles or difficulties. We cannot say enough about how impressed we were with her and how comfortable and painless she made the whole experience. She was always available and is an excellent communicator. We highly recommend her.
