In our lifetime we meet people who make a difference in our lifeaEUR| not only for the moment in timeaEUR| but, when they come to mind as we traverse our daily life. Denise aEUR~JoJo Jones is one of those people. She patiently help me through a difficult home purchase given the time in my life (April), and she is still there (August). All I have to do is call and she still patiently provides me with homeowner knowledge as to where to go and what to do for my new home. That is customer service at its finest. The only thing that I can say related to the closing of my home is that there was much confusion on the location of my keys and garage door opener, and, when I could be provided access. Much of the confusion was on the part of the closing company (who I would never recommend!). Had I known the process upfront, this wouldnt have been an issue for me. I was just very excited about getting into my home after signing, and was delayed at least 24+ hours. Very disappointing. JoJo was knowledgeable about each property that she showed me (and, trust me there were many false starts on my part), and if she didnt have the answer, she went and got it, and provided it within hours of the viewing. Excellent customer service!!! Amazing!
