Broker Denise brings over 20 years of diverse expertise in accounting, marketing, real estate, and executive leadership. A native of Chowan County and a graduate of Duke University's Non-Profit Certificate Management Program and East Carolina University's School of Business, she received the 2012 Elizabeth City Chamber of Commerce "Women of Excellence" award for her philanthropic contributions. Denise's dedication extends to her roles as a director on the AAAR Board in 2019 and active participation on the Young Professional Network committee, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and community engagement. Leveraging her rich background, she serves as a Residential Relocation Specialist, assisting clients with residential, retirement, and investment properties in North Eastern NC. Denise is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals. With a strong foundation in marketing, sales, and finance, she offers a holistic approach to brokerage services, prioritizing value maximization and personalized client experiences.
