As two mid-twenties and completely inexperienced home buyers, we were recommended to our realtor Lana Sprague who we worked with for over half a year and toured dozens upon dozens of homes with. Despite the hyper-competitive market (looking between April 2021-January 2022) she helped us find our amazing first home at a good price. We came into this with very little structure. Every time we saw another house, our requirements would adjust. We looked and debated between several areas within northern Cincinnati and would often change our minds about location, square footage, acreage, and minimal year built. Lana is very perceptive and it only took her a couple of showings to pick up on the most important attributes we were looking for in a home, and rarely did her suggestions miss their mark. She was really great at suggesting and bringing up selling homes to us. It really felt like she was searching for homes for us day and night. She is also a great communicator and very quick to respond. We would often share texts and ask her questions at admittedly inconvenient hours, but she was very courteous and never left anything unaddressed. Being first time buyers, we were very nervous and had many questions about all aspects of the purchasing process. Lana answered them all and always approached everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She eased us through any worries and answered our questions candidly. Anyone familiar with the house hunting process knows about the frustrations that it brings. These frustrations became heightened amidst the pandemic and at times, it felt like maybe a house was just not meant for us. We were lucky to have a realtor as supportive and encouraging as Lana. From day one, we felt like she wouldn't rest until we found the right home and that remained true till the day we finally closed on our home. Lana is a tour de force. If you need a home, then you need Lana!

Chad was absolutely the best relator we have ever worked with. He worked so hard to get our condo sold, as well as helping us find the home of our dreams. He was very patient with us, and took time to explain in depth the entire buying process. Not once did he ever get frustrated with our questions.
