Team Curcio helped me rent my home, but the experience was much more than a final signed lease....Denise communicated with me for months leading up to it, gave me tips on timing and how it would be marketed, and the teams VAST social media and MLS proliferation got my listing in front of a lot of eye balls. In 5 days on the market we had 10 showings, 4 applications and selected a great tenant with strong history and paperwork. Denise Curcio is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her to everyone! She doesn?t pressure and provide the right level of input and support. She has good tools for comps with very clear and organized proof. They were in a format I could easily go back and review the data a month later as offers came in. It was all online and in a printed packet with active links and thorough pictures. She doesn?t gossip or overshare information which is something I look for and value in relators. She?s professional, responsive, understands the market and process for buying and selling. She?s a pleasure to be around! You will get the same level of service from her if you are selling a $100,000 home or a $5 million home. I know from person experience as my home was at the low end of the market and she sells tons of houses at the high end of the market. For sellers, she also offers a really cool video (aka virtual tour) for your listing. The videos are amazing and much better than ones from other realtors.
