We were looking for a Realtor that was able to sell a property that was very difficult to sell. Denise came highly recommended and shone through. Where 2 other Realtors had no to a couple of showings and 1 offer in 2 years, Denise was continually showing the property, had 5+ offers and was able to close in less than 8 months. Denise was honest in pricing the property, always had me in the loop and was always available to answer my many questions. Denise always informed me of what needed to be done, timelines and next steps. I can't thank Denise enough for her diligence to get this property sold!
