We were looking for a Realtor that was able to sell a property that was very difficult to sell. Denise came highly recommended and shone through. Where 2 other Realtors had no to a couple of showings and 1 offer in 2 years, Denise was continually showing the property, had 5+ offers and was able to close in less than 8 months.
