1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose an agent who has YOUR best interests at the forefront. Interview several to be sure you hire the "right" one.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, buyers, relocation companies, mortgage companies selling REO properties
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love what I do and it's hard to describe just one transaction. I recently helped an older couple relocate from Fredericksburg, VA to Abingdon, VA. They married after they signed the contract and they recently closed and LOVE their new home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was working at Carter Machinery Company north of Richmond, Va as an administrative assistant in the Sales Department. When I discovered the sales manager wasn't open to have a female sales person in the department, it was suggested that I check out being a Realtor. A few weeks later I took the class, passed it and had Brokers approaching me. I haven't looked back since. I love what I do.

I have 8 designations and special training classes -- ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), ePRO (Internet Marketing Specialist), Five Star Designation (REO Foreclosure Specialist), I.R.E.S. (International Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Representative), Top 5 in Real Estate Member - Member of Elite Group of Realtors who are in the top 5% of top producing agents nationwide.
