About Denise Abmont

As a husband and wife team - Denise and Joe Abmont bring a passion for real estate and desire to help people find their dream home or investment property. Our life experiences enable us to understand the clients that we work with and their individual needs. Our team specializes in all aspects of Relocation for our clients and Investment properties for our investors with both dedicated Listing & Buyers Agents. Many tools must to be brought to the table to help support the requirements of each of our clients. We've spent the last fifteen years involved with many aspects of real estate and investment properties such as multi family income properties, single family homes, new construction and 1031 exchanges. Communication, understanding, and relationships are an important aspect when helping our clients find their new dream home or the perfect place to retire. This passion led us to where we are today, Partners and Full Time Real Estate Agents with Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisers. After living in California, we decided we needed a change and moved to a place that is full of beauty, values, and friendly people... Eagle, Idaho was the fit. We now feel it was the best decision we could have made. Our oldest daughter attends college at Boise State while our youngest goes to Eagle High school. They love their schools, extracurricular activities and friends. When moving to Idaho, we spent countless hours researching schools, activities and neighborhoods throughout Boise and surrounding cities. While exploring our treasure valley, we grew to love Idaho even more than we had expected and hope to share that passion with every new client.
