She was extremely flexible to work with my schedule and give guidance. She is a knowledgable professional who knows how to move through the process and provide a very streamline and stress free experience for her clients. Deneen, from day 1, had my family's best interest at hand. We gave her our price range and helped us find what we needed. She didn't encourage us or give us choices outside of our price range. She responded with care and concern when we called. She helped us through the entire process of buying a home. Answered all of our questions with care. Explained the process when we didn't understand. Even after we moved in, she was checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. I wouldn't use any other agent besides her.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Not only did Deneen make a very difficult move seem easy, but she also connected us with the best mortgage broker, facilitated all of the inspections and appraisal work, and got us the perfect house for our family. I would work with Deneen 100% of the time for all my house and real estate needs.

Deneen is a miracle worker. She came in after another agent could not sell our home and got it into escrow within 2 weeks! During escrow the buyer's lender was very slow and unresponsive. She muscled through this and any other obstacles and got us closed on time. She is wholeheartedly recommended with 5 stars and a whole lot of smiles from us.

Deneen is very patient and worked with me to find the perfect property for an entire year. She was proactive in reaching out on new listings to confirm they met my (many) specifications before routing them to me. She advocated for me and educated me on the process the entire way. When one loan officer was not working hard for my best interests, she recommended a different, extremely responsive loan officer who ended up offering an even better rate and took the time to explain anything I asked about. She was supportive and pleasant in every interaction and when in the final hour, it seemed like we were not going to be able to purchase our home after a year of looking, she stepped in to make it right.
