Delilah was so wonderful in helping us find our home! I rarely say a statement like this but I absolutely mean it in this moment - we could not have done it without her! As first time home buyers, we were totally lost on where to start the process. The first person we called was Delilah and she walked us through all of the steps we should take BEFORE we call her and then all of the steps we would take together when we were ready. We called a few other relators, but honestly, we immediately felt comfortable with Delilah and knew she was the right fit for us. We knew the market was competitive and people were putting in offers way over asking price, but we didnt know what that meant and how to make our offer stand out. Delilah told us exactly what we needed to do and her strategies WORKED! We got an offer accepted on only our second try without going way over asking price or sacrificing inspections! Once our offer was accepted, Delilahs team stepped in to make sure we could close on the extremely short 30 day timeline. They answered all of our endless questions and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. When we had differing opinions, I truly felt like I was listened to and that our opinion as the buyer was placed in the highest regard, AND that Delilah was willing to offer her professional advice and perspective.
