Del was great to work with. Because the property had tenants, he made sure he was able to accommodate a showing for us, and he provided in depth information regarding each unit and the tenant. Del was recommended by my mortgage company and I was an out of state buyer. In a nutshell, Del is an experienced, professional, and honest agent. He went above and beyond in getting us the house we liked after an exhausting search in the highly competitive market. The first time we met Del, he impressed us all with his market knowledge and personality. He made everyone comfortable and answered all our questions. After losing many bids, he gave us recommendations on securing a house that we liked much. With his communication and negotiation skills our offer was accepted. Since the contract was signed, Del was on top of things, updated us with the progress, and answered our questions right away. Del was not clearly focused on the commission alone, but more than that he considered our situation and desperately wanted to get the home that we loved. At one point following an inspection, when the seller was not agreeing to our critical request, we were prepared to walk away. Del immediately explained the cons of walking away in this competitive market and was willing to sacrifice a part of his commission for us to get the home. We listened to his suggestions, proceeded accordingly, and closed the home. We were glad that we did. We got the home exclusively because of Del and his smart recommendations. Del is very open, me and my family felt very comfortable talking to him. I will cherish the moments that I spent with Del. Del has become a lifelong friend of our family. Del is absolutely amazing to work with and would recommend him to everyone who is planning to buy or sell a home.
